About Triskele Collective
FROM FOUNDER, JENNY RAVER
As an MBA admissions coach, I’ve learned that two key factors consistently drive success for my clients: starting early and working with a coaching team.
Make no mistake – strong academics and test scores matter. But when I held factors like GPA, GMAT/GRE scores, and years of professional experience constant among my clients, nearly 100% of clients who began the application process 6+ months before deadlines received offers from 1 or more of their top-choice schools.
I also looked at the impact of having 1 coach versus a team of coaches. When clients and I partnered with another coach, clients earned acceptances into more MBA programs. In fact, for a number of clients, my colleagues’ input made all the difference in those clients getting into their dream schools! The team-based coaching approach is truly more effective—and rewarding—for everyone.
That’s why I founded Triskele Collective—to give clients and coaches the time and team-based structure to collaborate as high-performing teams, within a broader community that offers insights, wisdom, and support throughout the application process and beyond.
A Note on Triskele Collective’s Name
Triskele (pronounced tris-keel) is an ancient Celtic symbol that connotes past-present-future and life-death-rebirth, among other meanings.
To transform, we need to understand our past and present so that we can chart our future. Equally important, we need to know our habits and ways of being that are positive or life-sustaining, and let go of those that are harmful or no longer serve us, so that we can make lasting change.
Our triple spire logo perfectly captures the collaborative, egalitarian relationship among clients, coaches and community we at Triskele Collective seek to embody.
About Triskele Founder & Coach, Jenny Raver
Jenifer “Jenny” Raver combines world-class academic credentials—an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania—with global, real-world experience across finance, media, and automotive manufacturing, including roles at Citigroup, Time Inc. (now Time USA LLC), and Toyota.
She has held leadership positions at INSEAD, the National University of Singapore, and Singapore Management University (SMU), where, as MBA Program Director, Jenny doubled enrolment in SMU’s full-time and part-time MBA programs.
Jenny began her admissions journey at Penn, serving on the Wharton-Lauder Admissions Committee and later as a Penn alumni interviewer. She coached over 100 MBA students at INSEAD and SMU before transitioning into full-time MBA admissions coaching.
As an MBA admissions coach, Jenny has advised more than 130 clients across 25+ countries and a wide range of industries—from consulting and PE/VC to tech, law, military, and social impact.
Jenny relishes working with first-gen college students (FGCS) and first-gen Americans (as the daughter of two FGCS’s and a second-gen American herself), military candidates (inspired by her dad’s ROTC and military service), and third-culture kids (TCK) and adults (she’s the proud mom of two TCKs).
Having lived and worked in 10 countries, she brings cross-cultural fluency, strategic insight, and a deeply personalized approach to every client relationship.

My Testimonials
Jenny’s Coaching Philosophy
Thanks to my coaching and lived experiences, I’ve learned that we can make big life changes—like applying to and attending business school—with intention and in time, but we cannot do it alone.
We need others, including a wise, committed coach that believes in and helps us make change. A skilled coach also witnesses who we are, guides us and gently holds us accountable so we can course correct when needed.
Equally important, we benefit from a support system that provides advice, encouragement, and fellowship during our journeys. A trusted community encourages us to overcome our challenges, sits with us during our setbacks, and celebrates our transformations.
I created Triskele Collective—a radically different coaching model—because I saw the power of time and a team-based coaching approach in which clients partner with skilled, trusted teams of coaches to help them navigate big life changes in a way that allows everyone—clients, coaches, and community—to flourish.
